Talent Acquisition Executive

1. Responsibilities

  • Proactively sourcing and building candidate pipelines through recruitment platforms, social media, internal referrals, headhunting, and more.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for staff, specialist and manager roles as per departmental needs.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define selection criteria and recruitment strategies.
  • Handling the full recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding support.
  • Supporting employer branding efforts via internal communications, university partnerships, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
  • Maintaining and reporting recruitment data and KPIs to the HR Manager on a regular basis.

2. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • At least 3 year of recruitment experience (in-house or headhunting agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Proactive, growth-minded, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and interview techniques.
  • Creative thinking and content writing skills are a plus for employer branding activities.

4. Workplace Location: 36 Bui Thi Xuan Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1 – TARA Company.

5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
