Talent Acquisition Executive
1. Responsibilities
- Proactively sourcing and building candidate pipelines through recruitment platforms, social media, internal referrals, headhunting, and more.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for staff, specialist and manager roles as per departmental needs.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define selection criteria and recruitment strategies.
- Handling the full recruitment process: job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding support.
- Supporting employer branding efforts via internal communications, university partnerships, job fairs, and social media campaigns.
- Maintaining and reporting recruitment data and KPIs to the HR Manager on a regular basis.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- At least 3 year of recruitment experience (in-house or headhunting agency experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Proactive, growth-minded, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and interview techniques.
- Creative thinking and content writing skills are a plus for employer branding activities.
