Livestream Leader

1. Overview:

The Livestream Leader is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive livestream strategy to drive sales and engagement, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms and social media. This includes planning, creative content and script development, team management, performance analysis, and collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in livestreaming, a strong understanding of cosmetics and skincare sales, and excellent creative and management skills.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Livestream Planning & Content Creation:

  • Research market trends, competitors, and best practices to develop innovative and engaging livestream content.

  • Create detailed livestream plans, including objectives, budget, broadcasting channels, schedule, and target audience.

  • Develop livestream concepts, plans, and scripts tailored to specific campaigns and customer segments (including scheduling announcements, content outlines, captions, and minigames).

Livestream Execution:

  • Conduct live streams on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki) and fan pages to introduce, promote, and sell products.

  • Hire seeding for livestreams when necessary.

  • Oversee the preparation for livestream sessions (background, camera angles, products, scripts, giveaways).

Team Management & Development:

  • Assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate the performance of team members.

  • Recruit, train, and manage the livestream team, including MCs, KOLs, and support staff.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Compile and report livestream results to management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of livestreams, including views, average watch time, engagement, sales, and conversion rates.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of livestream campaigns and propose improvement solutions.

  • Establish channel reporting metrics for analysis, improvement, and strategic adjustments.

Other Tasks:

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

3. Key Skills:

  • Strong aesthetic sense and content creation skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with clear and engaging speaking voice.

  • Ability to handle situations quickly and flexibly.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A sense of humor is a plus.

4. Requirements:

  • Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Livestreaming. Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a Livestream Leader.

  • Experience with multi-channel livestreaming (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tiki) is a plus.

  • Pleasant appearance preferred.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
