Learning & Development Executive
1. Job Description:
Training & Development Organization:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring alignment with TARA‘s culture and providing an overview of the company and key departments.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans for each course and period (monthly – quarterly – yearly) in line with workforce development goals.
- Design training content and materials for soft skills programs based on the assigned competency framework.
- Organize and implement training sessions, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and full participation from relevant stakeholders.
- Source, evaluate, and coordinate with external training providers to deliver programs aligned with the company’s development direction.
- Collect feedback post-training, assess learning effectiveness, and evaluate the practical application by employees.
- Monitor post-training impact and continuously propose improvements and identify development needs for the organization.
E-learning Development & Online Training System Management:
- Design and develop E-learning content, training videos, e-lessons, and interactive quizzes/tests.
- Operate and manage the LMS (Learning Management System) to ensure effective access and engagement.
- Regularly update, improve digital training content, and measure learning outcomes through the platform.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement:
- Plan and organize internal communication programs to spread company culture, foster motivation, and encourage cross-departmental engagement.
- Edit and manage content across internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, internal fanpages, etc.).
- Organize events, contests, and employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and maintain a positive working environment.
2. Requirement:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communication, Educational Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in training, or a combination of training and internal communication.
- Experience in E-learning content development and LMS operation (priority given to candidates familiar with Articulate, iSpring, or similar tools).
- Strong communication, presentation, and content design skills.
- Creative mindset, dynamic personality, and good time and task management skills.
- Proficiency in office tools and basic design software (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.).
