Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Helpdesk and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical support and cloud technologies, capable of providing excellent customer service while managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure.
Scope: Helpdesk (20%) & Cloud Infrastructure (80%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily on Viettel/FPT cloud and Azure platforms.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot cloud-based services and applications
- Monitor system performance and security, ensuring high availability and data integrity
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including migrations and upgrades
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with on-premises systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
- 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, or any local cloud services like Viettel or FPT)
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols, and best practices
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus
