Commercial Planner Team Leader

1. JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Commercial Planner Leader is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans and strategies for all sales channels within the Ecommerce department, including marketplaces, livestreaming, website, and affiliate marketing.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:

  • Develop detailed sales plans for each Ecommerce channel on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including sales targets, budgets, promotional programs, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop product marketing strategies aligned with the sales plan.

Plan Monitoring and Adjustment:

  • Closely monitor the sales progress of each channel to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze sales data, evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Track profitability and adjust the sales plan to ensure profit targets are achieved.

Inventory Management:

  • Closely monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure sufficient supply for all Ecommerce channels.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify business opportunities.
  • Propose effective competitive strategies to increase market share and sales.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Product Management (PM) team to balance pricing and profitability.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Marketing, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth sales operations.

3. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in Ecommerce and Product Marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel with the ability to handle large datasets and complex data. Power BI skills are a plus.
  • Planning & Strategy: Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and develop business strategies.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

5. WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
